The Dungeness Scenic Loop winds past pasturelands with fascinating old barns and snow-capped mountain views, and along the shoreline with views of Canada and the San Juans, to Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge. Here, you can hike the longest natural sandspit in the US where you'll encounter shore birds, deer, sea lions, otters, and perhaps, a whale! A tour of the Dungeness Lighthouse is your reward for hiking the distance.
The Olympic Game Farm, home of retired four-footed movie stars, is a popular attraction as are the many lavender farms in the area.
