Surrounding Area
Ranch setting at an 1,100 foot elevation. Cool evenings and warm days. Spectacular coastline view from every room. Property has 40 acres. Easy access from main highway (concrete 1/2 mile driveway through electronic, security gate.
Accommodations
The living room has two collapsing walls opening the room to the outside. Library/media room for relaxing after sunset or dinner. Sumptuous buffet style breakfast. Utility room with guest washer/dryer, ice machine, snorkel and beach gear. Pasture setting with lots of friendly animals (horses, cows, sheep, goats) plus resident dog (Sam) and cat (Nick).
Rooms/Suites
King or queen sized beds plus sitting area with desk. Adjacent bathroom with tiled showers and granite vanities. Outside lanai (patio) has both privacy and ocean views.
Restrictions
Smoking permitting only in designated areas. No children under 15 years old.
Rates & Availability
$250/night per room, double occupancy.
