Our seventy-five rooms and suites come in a magnificent variety of period decor that will please the eye and provide you with your own quiet little get-away from the world. Standard room accommodations include rooms with king size beds, double/double beds, and twin bedded rooms. Deluxe city view rooms are also available. Our bell staff will meet you upon arrival to assist you with luggage and your concierge needs.

All of our guestrooms are equipped with beautifully appointed private baths, featuring corian countertops and Neutrogena products, hair dryers, individual room climate controls, in room coffeemakers, iron and ironing boards, direct dial telephones with data ports / fax modems, voice mail, and remote control color cable televsion. All room rates include evening turndown service and a deluxe continental breakfast.

The Pioneer Square Hotel is located amidst many fine restaurants, galleries, shops and night clubs located in the historical district.
Priviledges at a nearby health club are available for hotel members for a daily charge.
Valet and laundry services are available, Monday thru Saturday.
Our "Henry Yesler" executive style boardroom accommodates small corporate meetings up to 10-12 people. Continental breakfast and coffee service is included in the meeting charge.

Room service is available for lunch and dinner, through the renowned "Al Boccalino's", which is located just next door, and was voted as Seattle's best Italian restaurante in 1995.
Self parking is available for a daily fee, on a first-come, first service basis in the garage nearby.
Towncar arrangements to and from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport can be arranged through our concierge.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available upon request and availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you arrive prior our check-in, we can store your luggage until your room accommodations are available.
The hotel does not accept personal or company checks.
All major credit cards are welcomed: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Discovers and JCB.
Pets are not permitted at the hotel.
Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Parking is $ 14.00 per day.

Rates & Availability

Room rates range from $ 99.00 - $229.00 per night, not including local and state taxes. All rates include evening turndown service and a deluxe continental breakfast. Credit card guaranteed reservations required, with a 24 hour cancellation policy by 4pm the day prior to your scheduled date of arrival to avoid one night's penalty. During August, we do require a two-night minimum and have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Special rates and conditions may apply and are subjected to close out dates and minimim night requirements.

Directions

From the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, take I-5 North to Seattle. Take Exit 164-A, James Street exit. This will merge with I-90 for a short distance. The first exit will be James Street. Exit right staying in the left hand lane. Turn left onto James Street, at the stop light, and follow down the hill toward the waterfront. James Street will merge with Yesler Way and 1st Avenue. Merge slightly to the right onto Yesler Way, crossing 1st Avenue. The Pioneer Square Hotel is located on the left hand side straight ahead. We are the historical red brick building. Please pull up to the front of the hotel for registration, assistance with luggage and to obtain garage parking access.
