
Surrounding Area
Located in the eastern end of downtown, two blocks south of the main street, Ste-Catherine. We are two blocks from Old Montreal, the metro and the gay village. Most all major points of interest can be done on foot from our house. We are always a 5 to 10 minute walk to most of the festivals, jazz, fireworks, comedy, film, etc. We are close to the bike trails, the casino, the amusement park, almost everything there is worth seeing in Montreal.
Accommodations
The house is a large Victorian townhouse on 4 floors, tastefully decorated without being stuffy or hotel-like, every room is different! We have a large private roof-top sundeck for sunbathing, two terrasses to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine, gardens to relax in and a 24-hour hot-tub to soak in. We also have a small gym so you won't have to miss your workout. We serve a hearty European breakfast consisting of croissants, pain au chocolat, raisin bread, english muffins, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit salad, orange juice and coffee or teas. Breakfast is set out from 8am to noon.

Rooms/Suites
All of our rooms have queen-size beds and some with two to accommodate up to four people. We have both shared and private baths. All of the rooms are non-smoking. There are no phones or televisions in the rooms, we do however have two public phones and a television in the lounge and gym.
Amenities
There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby that we will be happy to suggest as well as night clubs. There are public pools that are easily accessible from the house. We do have a computer hook-up for those who need to check in with work or home and there is a cyber-café very close by.
Services Offered
We can recommend many places for various services that you may require, hair salons, tanning booths, massages, etc.

Restrictions
We do allow pets, dogs and cats particularly as long as they are quiet when left alone. We cater to an adult and mostly gay male clientele, unfortunately children are not permitted. We are open to all.
Rates & Availability
Our rates are in Canadian dollars and range from 98$ to 160$ per night, excluding taxes. Taxes are 15% and are re-imbursable to non-Canadian visitors. We are in big demand all summer so booking ahead is quite recommended.
Directions
From Dorval airport we suggest a taxi, a flat rate of 31$cdn. If you are driving in, we are very close to the Berri Street exit out of the Ville Marie tunnel or the 720 east. You can call for more detailed directions depending on where you are coming from.
Discounts Offered
Discounts can be offered during off-season for stays of 7 days and longer. Call for more info.
