There is so much to see and do during your stay. The rolling countryside of the Vale of Usk is on your doorstep for picnics, walks and relaxation, yet for contrast the majesty of the Brecon Beacons and dramatic Wye Valley are but a short drive away. We have many great golf courses such as, St Pierre, Rolls of Monmouth, and right on our doorstep the wonderful new Celtic Manor Resort, all set in the beautiful wooded South Wales countryside.
Visitors are welcome and encouraged to explore the heritage of the Welsh borders, market towns and historic monuments.
The following suggestions are just a few of the popular places of interest to visit - Raglan Castle, the Sugar Loaf and Skirrid Mountains can be seen from your cottage window. A short drive is Tintern Abbey, Symonds Yat (in the Wye Valley), St. Fagans (National Folk Museum of Wales), Hay-on-Wye (Town with the most books in the world) and the Brecon Beacons.
Other activities include: Golf at St. Pierre, Riding and Trekking, Hang-Gliding, Hiking and Bird watching.

Our guests have a unique opportunity to participate on a working dairy farm. You are welcome to join in the daily routine of the farm. Feeding - the calves, lambs and hens, as well as collecting eggs for your breakfast, helping to get the cows in and watching them being milked.
We also have kittens, ponies, ducks, rabbits and pigs and not forgetting Jenny, our house dog who is always first to greet our guests

Directions
While at the heart of peaceful countryside, we are accessible from all directions, M50 from the Midlands, London and the Southeast via the M4 and the Severn Bridge, which is only 20 minutes from Usk.
The hamlet of Llandenny Walks is situated between Usk and Raglan, about 8 miles from Monmouth and 10 from Abergavenny. It is best approached from the directions of USK via the ?old? Usk Road which connects Usk and the village of Raglan.
Leave the A449 at its junction with the A472, heading towards USK. After approximately 1 mile (Before reaching the town) take a right turning signposted to GWEHELOG. Follow this road in the direction of RAGLAN until you come to GWEHELOG and then follow signed to LLANDENNY. In the village of LLANDENNY WALKS turn left just after the cross roads to find WALKS FARM.
