Description of Surrounding Area

Kailua Beach has been the #1 rated beach in America for several years running. Within 1/2 to 2 hours drive you will find Waikiki, the North Shore, Waimea Falls, Pearl Harbor, Punchbowl, Honolulu, Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach, Diamond Head, the Polynesian Cultural Center, etc.

The cottage is a one bedroom, one bathroom dwelling with a combination kitchen/living room area that leads onto a porch with a table, chairs, and a barbecue grill. There is a queen size bed and all of the amenities needed to cook most any meal imaginable. The cottage is located on the same property as our house with about 20 yards between the two. The cottage has its own parking spot.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

There is a queen size bed in the one bedroom. Because of that we usually say that it is ideal for a couple, or a couple traveling with children because there is also a futon sofa in the living room. There is one bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, sink, and plenty of counter space.

Amenities

There is a TV/VCR combo, and 100+ movies available to borrow from our house. There is a private phone line with an answering machine. The kitchen is well furnished, and there is a small radio/tape deck.

Restrictions

NO SMOKING inside the cottage. Outside on the lanai(porch) is okay.

Rates & Availability
