Our villa is located at Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee and is just 12-15 minutes from Disney World and within easy driving distance to all other attractions. Eagle Pointe is a quiet residential area.

Vacation Rental Property

Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms consisting of 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms making it an ideal home for two families. The third bathroom is situated between bedroom 3 and 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a dining table with seating for 6. Leading from the kitchen is the utility room and houses the washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The utility room leads into the double garage.

The living room houses a three-piece suite, coffee tables and colour cable TV.


The pool is south-facing and is not overlooked so ensures privacy for all guests. The pool also features fibre optic pool and perimeter lighting which makes for a great effect in the evenings. There is also a Spa which can be heated at an additional cost.

Sleeps 8 comfortably. There are 3 bathrooms with 2 being en-suite to the master bedrooms.

Services Offered

Can arrange for Meet and Greet at the airport with car hire. Welcome packs are available at an extra charge. Cot and High Chairs can be arranged throught he management company for a small charge. Must be pre-booked.

We respectfully request that there is NO smoking inside the villa. No pets allowed.

Low Season - $650 per week
Mid Season - $725 per week
High Season - $800 per week
Please add 12% sales and tourist tax to above rates.
Pool / Spa Heating - $125 per week
