Activity/Tour

During our fishing trips we will fish for the available types of salmon, cod, halibut, crabs. On our cruises we will cover an area from Kitimat to Fijord Land, Princess Royal Island, Caamano Sound, Aristazabal Island, Campania Island, Whale and Douglas Channel, Green Inlet, Mussel Inlet etc. The area covered will depend on the time you have available. We will stop for any photo opportunities for wild life and scenery. In the evening we will anchor in quiet secluded bays. There is a chance to see eagles, whales, bears including Kermode(Spirit Bear) Bear, seals, sea lions, deer, wolves, Petroglyphs, commercial fishing fleets, numerous water falls and breath taking scenery. We will do whatever it takes within reason to accommodate your wishes. All meals are freshly cooked onboard. The boat is well maintained and loaded with the latest electronics.

Typical Day

Morning - Up around 6 A.M. or at your discretion. Coffe and cinnamon buns. Head to fishing area. Start fishing and have breakfast on the run. Lunch on the run. Dinner stop and drift and fish till dusk or at your discretion. Anchor in quiet bay.
Cruising - Itinerary it totally up to the client.
Note: Our charters start with a complimentary evening before your first paid day.

Age range, type of group

Anyone is welcome. We have family groups. We have taken as few as one person and if it is a family we will take up to a maximum of 5. i.e. Parents and children. Normally we take up 4 adult clients and do a lot of couples.

Sleeping and meals

You live aboard the boat. Meals are all supplied. If you wish we can have evening camp fires ashore providing there are no fire restrictions. Most people prefer to bring their own sleeping bags. We supply pillows and fresh towels.

Restrictions

No pets. Smoking permitted on rear deck. We have had people from diaper stage to 95 years old.

Rates

March & April $880.00 per day plus Goods & Service Tax of 7%.
May & September $1000.00 per day plus Goods & Service Tax of 7%.
June, July & August $1200.00 per day plus Goods & Service Tax of 7%.

These rates are in Canadian Funds and are for up to and including 4 people. i.e. one day in April 4 people equals $220.00 per person per day. Call for special rates when there is two or less people.
Salt water fishings licences are available at our office.
Our trips are a minimum of 3 days.

Other Information

Bring camera and lots film. Duffle bags rather than suit cases. Some warm clothes because or mornings and evenings can be cool depending on time of year. We supply rain gear and all fishing gear, pop and some snacks. We do not mind a little alcholol but absolutely no drugs.

Discounts Offered

We have a winter fishing special where you would fish all the daylight hours in the harbour and stay at a motel of your choice at your expense. We supply lunch on these day trips and will catch crab and shrimp while fishing. These trips are during November and December. The price is $550.00 per day for the boat regardless of the number of people.
