Description - POW-WOW Wilderness Trips
Active Adventure
Canoeing into breath-taking areas of the Canadian wilderness. Our adventures are geared towards all ability levels, including family.
Typical Day
Canoeing across pristine lakes, floating down calm rivers portaging our canoe to a more remote area, setting up camp eating a hearty meal under the stars. Many different activities including, fishing, swimming, hiking, identification of wild plants acknowledge the native culture.
Age range, type of group
We do family trips (no specific age required), single weekends and customized trips.
Sleeping and meals
All equipment is provided including air mattress, rain ponchos, water bottles and much more. All you bring is a tent, sleeping bag, and back pack (if you don't have any of these items, we can rent them to you for the weekend at an affordable price)
