Ten minutes to the Heavenly Valley lifts. Half an hour to Kirkwood and Sierra at Tahoe! In summer, ride your mountain bike out the front door, and in 60 seconds you are on the famous "Powerline trail" in the Carson range, or hike it on foot. Our street is a cul-de-sac, and at the end is National Forest, with beautiful hikes. Or 10 minutes will get you to Meiss Country, the least hiked area in Tahoe. Or in 5 minutes you can play golf with the Summit Range behind you. Conservancy land is on one side, and trees below us insure privacy and natural beauty. Watch the sunset behind Mt. Tallac each evening.

Accommodations

This 3,000 sq ft custom built home is totally private with spectacular mountain views. The home is beautifully furnished with a modern country look, and huge picture windows overlooking Tahoe Valley. Full kitchen with double oven, all appliances and tools for the serious cook. Four queen sized bedrooms downstairs, each beautifully decorated, surround a rec room with card table, 27" tv, dvd, library, and deck. Upstairs in the large open living room is a full entertainment center with 27" tv, receiver, speakers and subwoofer, vcr and cd player. Also over 200 videos. Large dining table will seat ten. Two car garage and flat driveway. Front door is wheelchair accessible, and master is on upper floor, no stairs. Also new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer and front loading washer/dryer, and new dishwasher in the home. This is a unique property, with no neighbors on either side, just trees and views. Brand new private hot tub installed on the huge upper deck!

Rooms/Suites

Sleeps 10. Upstairs master: King bed, bath suite w/double sinks, jacuzzi tub and mountain views. Also pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Half bath is off living room... Downstairs four bedrooms, each with queen bed and decorated with a unique color scheme and art. The rec room has a rocker, deck, card table, queen sleeper sofa, full library with books and games. The downstairs bathroom is large with double sinks and bath/shower.

Amenities

New outdoor hot tub, plus a private jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom... Three large TV's throughout the house, including a DVD player downstairs. Beautiful contemporary furnishings, and original artwork.

We have a masseuse service that will come to the house. Great for after skiing, hiking or biking.
