Sea Level Cottages is a small beach front cottage complex. We have four cottages in total and are conveniently located in the hub of Abaco, fifteen minutes from Marsh Harbour and ten minutes from Hopetown. We provide close proximity to all that Abaco has to offer, while maintaining a secluded island feel. Owner operated and maintained.

Vacation Rental Property

Lubbers Quarters Cay is located directly across from Tilloo Cut, giving our guests access to the Atlantic Ocean, where world class fishing is only a mile out. Tuna, dolphin, wahoo, marlin. Great bonefishing on the flats only a few minutes away. All of our cottages come with boats which enable you to explore other islands and visit secluded beaches and colorful reefs for diving or snorkeling. Two bar/restaurants on the island offer laid back Bahamian dining and local nightlife.

We have four cottages to suit all of our guests. Two one bedroom cottages, a two bedroom cottage, and a five bedroom beach cottage. All have full kitchens, gas grills, CD systems, and are well maintained.
