Surrounding Area

Brewster, Mass. is in the middle of and a wonderful part of Cape Cod. It has both Ocean and Bay beaches, nine ponds, Nickerson State Park, two PGA golf courses (one in Ocean Edge itself), antique and art shopping, the marvelous cape cod Rail Trail (for bicylces and walking) and lots of fine dining. Ocean Edge Resort consists of eight "mini villages", a golf course, two restaurants, numerous indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and other amenities.

Vacation Rental Property

Our "Ocean Edge Lovely Townhouse Getaway" is located in Howland I village within Ocean Edge on a cul-de-sac. It is within a five minute walk to tennis, pools, bicycle rentals and basketball. A ten minute walk to golf and restaurants. Note that all amenities including pools are at extra cost payable to the resort.


It is a traditional style townhouse with kitchen, dining area, and living area and 1/2 bathroom on the first floor. The upstairs has two large bedrooms, with a large (divided) full bathroom.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The non-eat-in kitchen is fully equipped including microwave.
There is a large passthru area between the kitchen and dining area. That means that the entire first floor can view the 25 inch TV (with VCR and stereo) located in the living area.


The rear wall of the 1st floor living area has three panels of sliding glass for a great view of the rear patio (with charcoal barbacue) and lawn.

The master (rear) bedroom gets the morning sun and has a Juliet balcony overlooking the patio and backyard, a full bedroom set with double (full) bed. The master bedroom has a small B/W TV. The front bedroom gets the evening sun and has two twins and a pullout (full). It has a combination TV/VCR.

There is a mini combination washer/dryer on the landing in the hall of the bedroom level.

Amenities

Note that ALL Ocean Edge amenities including pools are at extra cost payable to the resort. All our TVs have cable.

Services Offered

The unit is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. No need to bring linens (other than beach towels), we supply them.

Restrictions

NO Pets. No smoking inside the unit. Note that occupancy is limited to 4 people. Lease with security deposit required.

Rates & Availability

Last week of June thru first week of Sept is $1135/week. Other weeks/weekends available at reduced rates.
May, June, and September, October are very popular golfing times so get your reservations in early.

Directions

Take a right off of Exit 11 off of RT 6. Proceed two miles. Ocean Edge entrance is on the right. Follow signs to Howland Village.

Discounts Offered

Two weeks, in-season, back to back rental receives a $100 discount. Three weeks, in season, back to back rental receives $150 discount.
