Our rooms are groundfloor and look onto courtyard gardens. Designed for comfort and your relaxation. Each has ensuite bathroom, with queen, king or twin beds. Tea/coffee facility in each room, hairdryers etc. A guest lounge provides phone/internet connection, fridge, TV and library. An area to relax in as well as the main lounge.

Caesia House offers a beautifully furnished lounge with fireplace overlooking gardens and the sparkling pool. Relaxing decor with many antiques. Enjoy breakfast in the dining room overlooking the pool or in warm weather (most of the year) alfresco poolside where you can soak up the Western Australian ambiance.

Directions
We are easy to find. From City of Perth take Mounts Bay West along river below Kings Park. Continue into Stirling Highway, and after the University, continue through the lights. Almost at the top of the hill Thomas St is on your left (after Tyrrell). Turn left into Thomas and 32 is on your left between Edward and Elizabeth.
From Fremantle. Leave by Stirling Highway. Continue through Claremont passed the Rose Garden (RHS) through the lights at Dalkeith Rd. Just passed the Captain Stirling Pub and Library turn right into Thomas and 32 is between Edward and Elizabeth.
NB Thomas St NEDLANDS is a quiet leafy street not the busy one the taxi drivers know in Subiaco!
