Pelican Path Bed and Breakfast is an oceanfront inn offering immediate access to the beach as well as easy access to excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities.
Jacksonville has many fine golf courses, is only a half-hour car ride from historic St. Augustine, offers nature trails and parks to explore, Fort Caroline National Monument and Park, enjoys close proximity to Kingsley Plantation and Amelia Island and is home to the Jacksonville Jaguars, our own NFL team.

Accommodations

The first floor of Pelican Path provides a window wall overlooking the ocean, a fireplace for cozy winter warmth, and a breakfast area for enjoying our full, hot breakfast seven days per week.

The second floor is the location of the four guest rooms. Two of the rooms are oceanfront with private balconies and oversized spa tubs in the private bath. The two ocean-view rooms also enjoy views of the ocean through their bay windows with window seats. All four rooms are individually decorated; provide king-size beds; TVs with VCRs; small refrigerators stocked with some complimentary beverages; coffee pots; hair dryers, and telephones.

Pelican Path provides free off-street parking and offers beach towels, beach chairs and bicycles for guest use. Jacksonville Beach is lovely and at low-tide provides hard-packed sand for walking, running and bicycling. We see glorious sunrises and magnificient moon rises. Occasionally we can see the shuttle launches from the Kennedy Space Center.

Rooms/Suites

The two oceanfront rooms have private balconies for enjoying a sand-free beach experience. Each of the oceanfront rooms has a private bath with an oversized spa tub and each has two lavatories to allow both persons the space to be dressing. Full closets with full-length mirrors are in all four of the guest-rooms. Although the rooms are furnished individually, all provide king-size beds, TVs with VCRs, refrigerators, coffee pots, hair dryers, and telephones.

Services Offered

Pelican Path is proud to offer a full, hot breakfast to guests seven days per week. Breakfast is served between 7:30AM and 9:00AM. Special needs are always considered.

Restrictions

Pelican Path is a non-smoking inn.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
All guest-rooms are single or double occupancy and we do not accommodate children.
Since we are a three-story inn with no elevator, we are not handicap accessible.

We are located approximately 18 miles from downtown Jacksonville; 26 miles from the airport. We will be happy to provide directions to Pelican Path. There is a map on our brochure, and we will be happy to fax a copy to you.
