Bellevue and its surrounding area offer many activities and opportunities for sightseeing, fine dining and adventures. We are close to Snoqualmie Pass for summer picnics and winter skiing, Snoqualmie Falls, wineries, lakes, golf courses and all of the city sights and activites of Seattle, Bellevue Botannical Gardens, nature trails and parks, biking and hiking, shopping and is the perfect location for the business traveller.

With a panoramic view of the Cascade Mountains in the background, and the rose scented garden in the foreground, your private room offers a retreat from the grind of the city and business. A variety of birds are attracted to this carefully landscaped acre on which this contemorary home is situated. Your accommodations include a full and hot breakfast: warm homemade muffins and breads, fresh fruits,eggs from our own chickens, pancakes, wonderful coffees and a variety of teas will start you off to a good day.

The spacious GARDEN ROOM features the quiet elegance of a luxurious queen bed, firm and supportive mattress, and downy duvet. Open a door onto the patio and you will see a gorgeous view of the Cascade Mountains and our many dozens of rose bushes. Any time of the year, the Garden Room offers comfort and elegance for your home away from home. The warm tones and soft touch of the ROSE ROOM are equally suited to cold winter nights or balmy summer evenings. A cozy, rose decorated comforter, an antique dressser and oak secretary comliment the white enameled queen bed. With the comfort of a private bath and beautiful view of the rose garden and the Cascade Mountains in the distance, you are sure to feel very relaxed and refreshed. Your experience is perfected with in season fresh roses and flowers decorating and scenting the Rose Room. We also offer a family suite made up of the Rose Room with its queen bed and an adjoining room furnished with 2 twin beds. The Garden Room is $120 per night plus tax and the Rose Room is $95 per night plus tax. We also offer a family suite made up of the Rose Room with its queen bed and an adjoining room furnished with 2 twin beds. If used as a suite, the price is $170 per night plus tax. All of our guests receive full and delicious breakfasts.

Directions

Driving north and from the airport:Follow the signs to the freeways our of the airport and take 405 North, Go to 520 East toward Redmond and exit immediately at 124the NE. Turn left onto Northup Way, left at 130thNE and right onto NE24th. Turn left onto 134thNE and right onto private road, NE27th St. Follow the road as it curves to the cream colored house with the tile roof. Driving South: From 405N take the NE70th St. exit. Turn right onto NE70th and right onto 132ndNE. This becomes 134th NE. Turn left at NE27th St., a private road and follow the road as it curves to the right to a cream colored house with a red tile roof.
