Accommodations

The Five Gables is a classic gothic revival built around 1890 and completely renovated in the 1980's. It has a wrap around verandah with a hammock and comfy chairs and a common room with fireplace where breakfast and tea are served.

All the rooms have a Maine summer cottage look. An eclectic blend of hand painted furniture, antiques and reproductions. Light and airy rooms with marvelous water views. Five have fireplaces.

Route 1 to Route 27 South to Route 96 East. Go 2-1/2 miles. Turn right at the East Boothbay General Store onto Murray Hill Rd. Go 1/2 mile. The inn will be on the right.
