Nature and meditation in Transylvania

Surrounding Area

During 2 weeks we bring you in the most close contact with nature. At a beautiful remote location in the Apuseni Mountains you will be introduced in yoga, naturalist therapy (Ayur Veda), astronomy and phytotherapy (we'll teach you how to recognise and use plants to your benefits).This under guidance from a specialized homeopathic medical doctor.

Accommodations

A typical day will start with yoga introduction and practise. Further there will be several workshops to which participants are free to join. After lunch there will be a daily trip to collect plants and minerals, that will be used later the day to prepare oils and medecines. Evenings will close again with yoga practice.

Accommodation is provided in tents. Field showers and toilet are available. (eventually hotel accommodation can be booked at 10km) Vegetarian meals are standard, but alternatives are possible.

Price: 675 Euro (725 U$) pro person, for the 2 week program in full board. Price includes transfers, preparation of homeopathic medication and massage oils(which can be taken home), free consultations, guidance.
