2 nights room rate plus 20% tax is taken at the time of reservation.
Group and Wedding reservations are subject to alternative deposit policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit will be reimbursed if cancellation is received 15 days prior to arrival.
Holiday and Blackout Periods – 100% will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival; 50% will be refunded if cancellation is received 15-30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable.

Sunsets on the Bay Bar and Grille is our casual spot. Fun for families, live entertainment, and just plain hanging out, Sunsets is best spot on the island for "the sunset". Sunsets is the home of the island's famous drink - The Frozen Goombay Smash!! Offering casual Bahamian items like Crack Conch and Grouper Fingers, Sunsets is a hot spot for tourists and locals alike.
