Located on Scenic Route 100, Frog's Leap Inn is centrally located between four major ski resorts (Stratton, Bromley, Okeemo, Magic), golf courses, outlet shopping, theater, historic sites and more.
Our guests may be as active or as restful as they choose to be.

Accommodations

Frog's Leap Inn has three buildings with a total of 17 rooms in keeping with the pre-Victorian era. There are 8 rooms in Frog's Main House and 8 rooms in Lily's House (4 are suites). Our Tad Pool House has two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen & deck. Lily's Guest Living Area has Cable TV & a Brick Fire Place. Frog's Main House Guest Living Area has TV and a Frankil Stove.

All rooms have private baths, Queen Beds (some have an additional twin bed or a sleeper sofa), Iron, Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Bed Trays, Down Comforters, Hand-crafted Quilts, Alarm Clock.

Services Offered

Good Morning Basket (Coffee & Breakfast Breads) delivered outside your room every morning. Relax and have a cup of coffee without having to get dressed! Then, join us for a hearty Vermont Breakfast (served from 8AM - 10AM). Afternoon Tea served from 4-5PM includes Coffee, Tea, Sweet & Savory items. In the evening, we provide a turndown service with Godiva Chocolates & San Pellegrino Mineral Water.

Restrictions

Our inn is more appropriate for children over the age of twelve, but children are welcome. We are unable to supply cribs or highchairs.

Pets are allowed in our Tad Pool House & Lily’s House. A $10.00 per day, per pet fee will be added to your room rate.
All dogs must be properly restrained while outside.
Smoking is prohibited by Vermont State Law. A $100 cleaning charge will be added to bill for violations.

Rates & Availability

Room Rate is per room, per night, double occupancy $20.00 per person for each additional person in room. Children age 5 & under are free. Children ages 6-12 are an additional $10 per night. Children ages 13 and older will be charged at adult rate of $20 per night. Our inn is more appropriate for children over the age of twelve, but children are welcome. We are unable to supply cribs or highchairs.

Frog’s House (Main House built in 1842) has seven rooms available with prices ranging from $120 - $175
Lily’s House (The Annex built in 1985) has eight rooms available with prices ranging from $135 - $165.
Tad Pool House (with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, & deck) is priced at $215.

(Note: Route. 7 East in NY becomes Route. 9 in VT) Follow Route. 9 East to Route. 7 (VT) North in Bennington. Take Route. 7 North from Bennington to Manchester, VT to Route. 11 East. Follow Route. 11 East from Manchester to Londonderry take left (at blinking light) on Route. 11 at Route. 100 North. Inn is approximately 1 1/2 miles on the left on Route. 100.

Take Route. 2 West to I-91 North to exit 6 on I-91 VT (Rockingham) - Left on Route. 5 for approximately 1 mile to Rte. 103 North to Chester, VT to Route. 11 West to Londonderry (approximately 20 minutes). In Londonderry, on Route. 11, take a right (at blinking light) at Route 100 North. Inn is approximately 1 1/2 miles on the left on Route 100 North, (Inn is 25 miles from I-91, Exit 6).
