After a full day of adventure in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, savor Sandee's fresh baked goodies and a cool glass of lemonade on the swing. Accommodations

At Timberwolf Creek, you park just off the country lane, and come down our stone steps and across the little wooden footbridge. Pass the waterwheel, and be welcomed into your Appalachian getaway. Guests share the South Deck (where breakfast is served in fine weather, otherwise it's candlelit inside) which overlooks the stream tumbling past in little waterfalls. The South Deck has a great sunset view as the sun dips behind Setzer Mountain... best observed while roasting marshmallows over the
Deck's fireplace. Guests also have their own common room with TV/VCR, movies, books, games, a stocked guest fridge, a microwave, teas, chocolates, a coffee service, snacks, and freshbaked goodies.

Rooms/Suites

Here at Timberwolf Creek, we have only three rooms. The Woodland and the Streamsong Room are in our guest cottage (called the Black Bear cottage in the Woods), and the Timberwolf Retreat suite is in the main building. This means your stay will be quiet and very exclusive.

The Timberwolf Retreat is a king jacuzzi suite, decorated in shades of cream and burgundy. On your king size bed, you'll find both feather
and foam pillows, and a down comfortor folded at your feet. The sitting area, set off by a deep furry rug, has oversized seating that you'll sink into and enjoy your mountain view or your cable TV/VCR. (You'll find the popcorn and drinks in your room) The stream runs right under your balcony. The vaulted ceilings are tongue and groove red oak with massive cherry crossbeams. In the bath, you'll find those same vaulted ceilings, with a skylight over the jacuzzi-for-two. A separate shower is there also. We've tried to provide all the little luxuries - handmade soaps and bath salts, thick towels, bathrobes, candles and even a hair dryer. The Timberwolf Retreat is
$245/night.

The Streamsong Room, located right on the creek in the cottage, has a queen-size bed with a private double-size spa bath. It's all done in blue and white with a cherry sleigh bed. Lots of little touches
in the Streamsong make it a favorite... The Streamsong Room is
$210/night.

The Woodland Room, also located in the cottage, is done in soft shades of green, and has a queen-size bed with a private double-size spa bath. Crack your window and sleep to the soothing sounds of the creek. Your room and private deck are tucked away in privacy behind Wolf Laurel and Ivy. The woodland Room is $195/night

Amenities

Big cozy beds have feather and down comforters, electric blankets (seasonal), feather pillows and luxurious linens. Bath amenities? Handmade soaps and bath crystals, thick spa towels, hairdryers. Your fridge is stocked with sodas and juice, there are snacks on the counter, and a microwave for hot tea, or popcorn to go with your movies. Coffee is always ready at the push of a button. Something fresh-baked is on the table. Relax. Kick off your shoes. Put your feet up. Enjoy. It's the reason you came to the mountains...

Services Offered

The menu varies daily, and includes such things as fresh baked cinnamon rolls, orange muffins, berry kuchen, Pain Perdu avec Pommes (apple custard french toast), country ham and home fries, and fresh fruit salad with a tangerine sauce. Baked omelets are a much-requested favorite, and may be Lorraine, or Florentine, Denver, Primavera or a combination designed just with you in mind. ~ Newest addition! ~

Restrictions

Please note that Timberwolf Creek is a non-smoking establishment. If you or your guests smoke indoors, you will be billed an additional night's stay to air the room, and a $50 cleaning fee.
