LedgeLawn Cottage, on New Meadows Bay, is located about six miles from the open Atlantic. This beautiful tidal Salt water inlet, has 10 ft. tides, is 30-50 feet deep and about 1/2 mile wide. Canoeing and Sea Kayaking doesn't get any better than this. The Cottage is centrally located, between Brunswick and Bath, or Freeport and Boothbay. It is easily accessible from Routes 95 and 1.

This Cottage was built around the turn of the century. It has a large open hearth fireplace in the main room, a dining area, a bath with shower, deck overlooking the water and sunset and the kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has three large bedrooms with accommodations for Eight.
