Quietly stroll on a narrow winding path through acres of lush vegetation to your private freshwater swimming pool and tennis courts. Continuing past the pool, walk to our private boat dock on the north end of Sand Point Cove. Enter Rum Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path between white picket fences. As you walk towards the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shoreline. Rum Point Beach consists of hundreds of yards of crystal clear shallow sand flats perfect for snorking in a conservation marine park. Your front yard is North Sound where you can enjoy the best swimming, snorkeling and diving in the world. Coral Gardens, Sandbar, famous Stingray City and the North Wall wait for you inside the protection of a living coral reef.

Accommodations

Inside your island villa is bright and airy w/original Cayman artwork. Looking through a 2-story wall of glass is a sitting nook (w/queen pull-out sofa) and living room w/cable TV, stereo/CD/cassette player & telephone. Turn around and see your screened-in porch, back yard and the cove in the distance. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room & kitchen complete w/microwave, toaster, blender, BBQ, & all necessary cooking tools & spices. There is a 1/2 bath & laundry room with washer/dryer.

Rooms/Suites

Three Points Villa features two master bedrooms each with a private bath, king bed, walk-in closet, clock radio & sliding doors opening on to a balcony enclosed w/in the screened-in porch. Both rooms have cove (south) & Caribbean (north) views. One bedroom contains a remote control color TV.

Amenities

The Rum Point Club (part of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman Resort) is a 100 foot walk from your front door. The club facilities include the gourmet island-fare Rum Point Club Restaurant, the beachfront Wreck Bar & Grill, island art & gift shops, a spectacular beach w/hammocks, lounge chairs, island music and day & night ferry service to the attractions on Seven Mile Beach. Red Sail Sports is located on the grounds of Rum Point Club & offers a fantastic selection of snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, boating and assorted watersport activities including glass bottom boat tours, trips to assorted dive locations, reef/flats fishing spots, equipment and boat rentals. Our island property manager prepares Three Points Villa for your stay. She will have fresh, tropical flowers waiting for you, the air conditioning on, the lights on if you arrive in the evening, & a welcome note w/the keys to our villa plus an emergency contact number if you need assistance.

Directions

Three Points Villa is 45 mts. from the Owen Roberts International Airport. Although a car rental is not absoultely necessary, we recommend you rent a car. We use McCurley's Tours at phone/fax 345-947-9626. McCurley's will confirm your arrival time, make adjustments for delays, pick you up at the airport, make a quick supermarket/liquor store stop & then take you to our villa w/your rental car waiting in the driveway. On the day of your departure, McCurley's will pick up the rental car in the driveway & take you to the airport in the limo bus.
