As a guest at The Cliffs, you are offered golf discounts on all North shore courses, including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5th in the Islands) and 18- hole Prince Course which ranked number one in Hawaii Golf Digest. The Cliffs features four tennis courts, a large pool, two Jacuzzi's, and a spa. The facility also includes a putting green and sand bunker, recreation room, BBQ area and a full-time-time staff with an activities and tour director.

Vacation Rental Property

Our Cliff's one bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sofa bed, full kitchen, 2 lanais, dining room and a washer and dryer in the unit. The Cliff's is located on the bluffs overlooking the blue Pacific and has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, club house, tennis courts, and activities.We also have other locations nearby if you have friends with you.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The condo has a king bed in the master bedroom with its own private lanai with glass top table and chairs and private bath, the living room has a queen sofa bed and if that is not to your liking there is a lovely soft air bed in the closet that can be easily set up. If you have children more than two can sleep in the living room area with the sofa bed and air bed. There is a second full bath off the living room so you have two full baths. There is a quiet private lanai located off the living room with table and four chairs that faces beautiful flora and fauna, indluding banana trees, avocado trees, palm trees and local vegitation. It is very quiet and serene with only the birds singing for noise. If you want quiet, you have come to the right place. Youa are located on the ocean and are only a few steps away from whale watching in season.

Amenities

You have a telephone where all local calls are free.You will need a calling card for long-distance calls. There are two cable TV's,a full kitchen, stereo player great pool, jacuzzi, many gas fired grills all over the property, putting green, practice sand traps, horseshoes, tennis courts and palyground for children.You also have a club house and activities center wher you can book all you sitseeing activities on the Island including helicopter rides and tours of every type imaginable.

Princeville has a first class Spa with everything you could want and it is located at the golf course nearby where you are entitled to golf discounts when you stay at the Cliffs Resort.

Restrictions

No pets are allowed and there is positibely no smoking allowed in any of the condos but smoking on lanai's.

$699-$775 a week plus 16.41% Hawaii tax and a cleaning fee.We also have several other properties from studios to 3 bedroom units in Kauai.We accept major credit cards on our web site.WE have low season rates from 9/15 to 12/15 and other periods as well from time to time.

Directions

Take only road North from Lihue airport to the gated communit of Princeville, Kauai,about 20 miles. Follorw signs from the Princeville Gate to the Cliffs Resort located about 1 mile inside the gate.The world class Princeville Hotel is locate 2 miles from the entrance, a must see with its georgeous views and 15 foot glass walls open to a view of the ocean and Hanalei Bay and the surfers and the Bali Hai landmard.Dinner at night at the Hotel's Hanalei Cafe out on the lanai is an experience you will not want to miss - come just before dusk and see the colors cahnge into the balck of night when the stars come out in all thier golry. It is truly where paradise can be viewed in all its splendor.
