Sleeps up to 16 in 2 king beds and 2 full beds in private bedrooms, 2 futon fulls and 2 sleepers in game room and 3 private baths, Each bedroom, living and game room have a cable TV. DVD/VCR in game room. Spend hours having family fun and relaxing playing pool and ping-pong, tether ball, basket ball, enjoying the spa, relaxing swinging on the deck, wading in the small creek and pond, playing tennis on a aged lighted court and soaking in the hot tub. Off Season $1,225 to $1,325 per week, In Season $1,395 to $1,695 per week, Peak Season & Holidays 1,995 to $2,195 per week, $900 for 3 Day Minimum and $275 per every extra day. All rates include cleaning fees, firewood and spa charges.Add 7% NC Sales Tax + 4% NC Occupancy Tax
