Relive Texas’ colorful history at The Governors’ Inn. Built in 1897, this Neoclassical Victorian was restored to its former glory in 1993. Each guest room, named for a Texas Governor, is furnished with beautiful and tasteful antiques. You’ll luxuriate in comfort and charm in this well-appointed mansion. Soak in a claw foot tub in your private bath. Relax in the parlor or on the wrap-around porch. Large trees shade the porches which are complete with Victorian rockers and porch swings.

We accept all major credit cards. If you must cancel
your guaranteed reservation, notice must be
received 72 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
Any cancellations made without 72 hours notice
will be charged unless we are able to re-rent your room. Special events
may have longer cancelation policies.
