Typical Day

Walking: Awaroa/Onetahuti: 1.5 hours - 5km
Kayaking: Torrent Bay/Tonga: 4 hours paddling, 10km
Leave Awaroa and walk over Tonga Saddle to Onetahuti Bay
. Here your stable sea kayak awaits. Your guide will give you a full briefing before spending the rest of the day beach-hopping to Torrent Bay.
If weather permits (it usually does) you visit the seal colony on Tonga Island
Stop for lunch at Bark Bay - relax on golden sand, explore, swim in lagoon
Then it's into the kayaks to explore the beautiful beaches, tidal estuaries and rivers of the best kayaking area of the Park. View native forests, headlands, estuaries and beaches
Continue on to Torrent Bay

DEPOSIT: A Deposit of $100 per person will be required to be sent to us within 14 days of confirmation being given to client to confirm booking.

FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is required 60 Days prior to tour departing.
Once funds are cleared we will send a receipt.
Please note that you are to contact us the day or evening before departure.

CANCELLATIONS: Outside of 60 days, no cancellation fees.
Within 60 - 30 days -- $100 deposit retained.
30 - 10 days -- 50% refund of total package cost.
10 - 0 days -- no refund.
No refund on any portion of the holiday cost can be made after departure of tour.
