Miller House is located in Anna Maria Village at the north end of this barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico (just west of Bradenton/Sarasota). It's a resort city that's unique in many respects. It's zoned 100% single family residential--NO hotels, NO condos, NO motels. Parking on streets leading to the beaches is prohibited, greatly improving your privacy. Driving time from the beach house to Tampa Airport is 1 hr 15 min; Disney World 2hrs 15 min; Busch Gardens-Tampa 1 hr 30 min; Sarasota 30 min.

Vacation Rental Property

The house is two bedrooms with two baths and sleeps six comfortably. It's fully air conditioned with a double carport. It's got TV, VCR, and cable. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and dishwasher. There's a Weber Kettle Grill, too. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a supply of sand toys for kids (regardless of age!)

Sleeps six. The master suite has its own bath and king size bed. The guest suite has its own bath and two twin beds. A portion of the large L-shaped, enclosed porch has a trundle bed that sleeps two comfortably.

Amenities

Nearby there are great restaurants, numerous golf venues within minutes on the mainland, and free tennis at the city recreation center a few blocks away. The culture and shopping opportunities offered by the Sarasota area are just thirty minutes away. At the south tip of the island there's a great nature walk along the banks of the bay, and farther south on Longboat Key, the renowned Mote Marine Laboratory with it's vast array of sealife displays, aquariums, and interactive areas (including two huge manatees).

Restrictions

Pets are not permitted. Smokers are asked to step outside onto the patio.

From Bradenton take Highway 64 to island. Go North to Pine Avenue. Turn right then left on North Shore Drive. Left on Fir Avenue to 211.

First week is $110 a day. For each full week beyond first week, deduct one day's rent.
