This unique cliff top retreat is located Up-Island (that is the country side end) of Martha's Vineyard. It is minutes to the center of Chilmark, which has all amenities present.(post office , Chilmark Gen. Store) Menemsha (the quaint fishing village ) is just a short drive, as are Alley's General Store and Aquinnah. Charter fishing, swimming, body surfing, fine fine dinning, shops to brouse. Return to Nature here.

Vacation Rental Property

The main body of the house (Kitchen, Dinning, fireplaced Living Room , and Bathroom + queen bed w/shower in alcove) is separated by a waterview sun deck from the main sleeping quarters. Master Bedroom has a king bed and a pvt bath. 2nd Bedroom has two twins and shares a bath with the 3rd Bedroom which has a queen bed. Sleeps a total of 8 people.

Restrictions

Due to the height of the cliffs, very young children would need constant suprovision. Pets are considered.
