Enjoy a wonderful visit to South Padre Island where you will find world-class beaches, great fishing, and gorgeous sunsets. Families, young people, and retirees will all find their pleasure here. Besides swimming and beach walking, you will find fishing, windsurfing, jet skiing, water slides, parasailing, dolphin cruises, the best birdwatching, horseback riding, golfing in Laguna Vista, a light house and museum in Port Isabel, the Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville, and the Mexican border just 50 minutes' drive away.

Vacation Rental Property

This duplex is a beach house of natural cedar, with a wrap-around deck and garage on each side. The fenced yard, landscaped with hibiscus and palms, has a patio for grilling or sitting in the shade. Inside, you'll find comfort and pleasing decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans and the usual appliances listed below. Linens and towels are furnished.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

This charming duplex sleeps four comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and twins or full bed in the second bedroom. With the sleep sofa, it sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The bath has a shower and tub.

Amenities

Amenities include cable TV, telephone with free local calls, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, outdoor shower, and ceiling fans. One side has a small washer/dryer, while the other has two televisions.

Restrictions

Pets are welcome with permission and additional $50 per stay. Smoking is not permitted. Responsible tenant must be at least 21 years of age.

Rates & Availability

Fall Season: September 5 to December 20, 2002.....$120 per night, $580 per week, $1500 per month.
Winter Season: December 21 to March 7, 2003.....$130 per night, $630 per week, $1550 per month.
Spring Break: March 8 to March 30, 2003......$200 per night, $1050 per week.
Spring Season: March 31 to May 16, 2003......$120 per night; $580 per week; $1500 per month, excluding Easter and Semanta Santa weeks.
Summer Season: May 17 to September 2, 2003.....$160 per night; $830 per week.

Additional 13% Hotel/Motel tax for less than 30 days. These rates are for a maximum of 6 people. Reservations will be held with a deposit of one-half the rent. For high season, about 2 months lead time is needed. Checks and cash only are accepted.
