A great compromise with the kids because it is located midway between the wonderful outlet shopping, golf at Sandestin and the water park and rides in downtown Destin. You can cool off in the sparkling pool or relax on the world famous white pristine beach just a short stroll away. The public beach park is about 300 yards away where you can enjoy all the fun beach toys from waverunners, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas to Pompano Jo's Seafood Restaurant and Bar. The unit is nicely decorated with cheery beach colors. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the nicely landscaped grounds and perfect for watching the gorgeous orange sunsets.

From Hwy 331 turn west onto Highway 98, go approximately 7 miles to SanDestin. At the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall stop light turn left onto County Road 2378 also known as the Beach Road or Scenic Old Highway 98. Go 1.7 miles to Sunshine Bar & Grill, turn right at Summerhouse Townhomes sign.
