The condo is located directly on Simpson Bay Beach, on the dutchside of Sint Maarten, with direct access to the beach. Pure white sand, swimmable crystal clear water with no undertow or rocks is right in front of your vacation condo called "Ocean's Edge". Just 2 miles from shopping, casinos, golf, tennis, and nightlife. There is an abundance of varied restaurants that are only a 5 minute ride from the condo. Food shopping is 5 min away.

Vacation Rental Property

Condo features 1br 1ba, livingroom, full kitchen, dining area inside and on patio overlooking the ocean. A/C in bedroom w/queen bed, queen sleepsofa in living room. There are ceiling fans throughout, cool tile floors, and tropical rattan furnishings/artwork.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Condo sleeps 2 people comfortably in queen size bed in bedroom. There is a sleepsofa queensize in livingroom perfect for up to 2 small children. A large bathroom is located next to the bedroom as well.

Amenities

This deluxe beachfront condo features color cable TV, VCR, AMFMCDCASSETTE stereo, airco in the bedroom, deluxe full kitchen up to U.S. standards, beachfront patio with beachlounges and dinette set. Also included are all linens, towels, utensils, pots/ plates, and everything imagineable for cooking a deluxe meal at home including a microwave, blender, toaster...etc.

Restrictions

Please no pets, and no smoking in condo. If you are a smoker, you can smoke on our beachfront patio and enjoy the sights while the ocean breezes carry away the smoke.

Other Information

This condo is a very well kept secret on "pricey" St Maarten/St Martin. We are significantly underpriced for what we offer: deluxe beachfront accommodations that offer privacy, no crowds, and solitude. Our past guests constantly tell us we are charging too little for what we provide, however we are just trying to cover the yearly expense of maintaining a vacation home, and not get rich from it. Stay with us, and you'll be a believer!
