This complex is located about 3 1/2 miles west of the Light house and it is on the end of a deadend street. Located on 13 lush acres, the property has a heated pool, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts. On one side there is a wild life preserve and the other side is Signal Inn. The front of the complex faces the beach. Just a short walk(100 yards) on the boardwalk gets you to the beach.

Directions
DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT OR I-75 TO SANIBELFROM I75 OR THE AIRPORTTake Daniels Road straight out to Route 41. Go across Route 41 to Summerlin Road (this should be the THIRD traffic light past Route 41). Make a left on Summerlin Road and take it all the way to the toll booth. (Toll is $3.00). Over the causeway and you are on Causeway Blvd. on Sanibel Island. On the right side you will see the Chamber of Commerce, you should stop in and see what they have. As you proceed on Causeway Blvd. you will come to a stop sign. Bear right at the stop sign onto Periwinkle Way, which is the main road on the island. The first main road on your left will be Donax St. Make a left on Donax and go to the next stop sign. Make a right onto Middle Gulf Dr. and follow signs to stay on Middle Gulf Dr. It makes a left by the golf course to another stop sign where it makes a right. Follow this and you will pass the following Condominiums, Compass Point, Sunset South, Moon Shadows, Sundial, Gulfside Place, and Sanddollar. Just past Sanddollar�s driveway will be a left turn onto Olde Middle Gulf Dr. (beware of the speed bumps). There will be a little red and white sign on the corner that says Signal Inn and Sandpiper Resorts. Proceed onto Olde Middle Gulf Dr.. Just past Signal Inn you will enter Sandpiper Beach Condominium grounds. The buildings are numbered from left to right as you face the beach. Building #3 is just to the right of the driveway and this is where the mail box and mail boxes are located.
