The house is built into the mountain of Upper Fish Hoek overlooking the sheltered shores of False Bay. Located in a very exclusive
area in the village of Fish Hoek, it is only 25 minutes from Cape Town, 15 minutes from the National Park and the Cape of Good Hope. It is also not far away
from the vineyards of Stellenbosch and Franchhoek. You could not live more centrally. It's just ideal for families with children. No roads with heavy traffic.
Just relax and let your kids play. You will love the beautiful views to both oceans, the Indian on the one side and the Atlantic ocean on the other. There is just
no place like it. The sheltered beach has warm water, no sharks, but lots of whales if you come in spring. Fish Hoek is surrounded by splendid nature, as well
as challenging golf links for those who just can't live without a round or three. There are all kinds of sports activities, pleasant restaurants and every day
something new to see.

"The House" is a three floor, two aparteemt house, each with separate entrance. Each vacation unit can be rented separately or together if avaiable. With uninterrupted sea view towards False Bay and also the Indian Ocean, it must be the only house on earth, where you can see two oceans at the same time! "The house" is situated in a very exclusive area in Upper Fish Hoek, very quit, no traffic (dead end street). The Upper Unit consist of: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. Big Master bedroom, Living/dining area with fireplace and a fully equipped Kitchen. Big terraces and outside fire place. Uninterrupted seaview! The downstairs unit consists of: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Stuido accomodation with open floor plan, Kitchen, Terrace and outside fire place. Beautiful views to both sides!

Downstairs Unit: sleeps 2 adults.
