We are located just four miles from the airport right at the beginning of Seven Mile Beach, within walking distance to George Town's shops and restaurants.
There are many attractions near by, Cinema, many fine restaurants, Night clubs, Turtle Farm, Museums, Botannical Park, almost every kind of water sport from scuba and snorkeling to jet skis and deep sea fishing.

Vacation Rental Property

Our 3 year old unit 711 is a ground floor,two bedroom, two bath. It has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, range, oven, fridge with water and ice maker, blender with ice crusher, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, breakfast bar. The dining table seats six. We have direct dial phones, central a/c, ceiling fans, cable TV (2),all linens, and daily maid service.
The living room opens to a screened lanai with a view of the pool and beach.Our complex has two tennis courts (one lighted) , large fresh water swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa, beach front gazebo, fitness center, full service dive shop, ( the dive boat leaves right from our dock ). Bicycles are available as are a wide range of water sports. A rental car can be easily arranged. There are two golf courses just down the road a piece.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and bathroom with tub and shower and separate vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds and another full bath. The living room has a convertable sofa (queen) allowing us to accomodate up to six adults. Cribs are available if needed.

Our amenities include fully equipped kitchen including microwave, range, oven, fridge with water and ice maker, blender with ice crusher, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, breakfast bar. The dining table seats six. We have direct dial phones, central a/c, ceiling fans, cable TV (2),all linens, and daily maid service. We also have a stereo with 10 CD changer and dual cassette deck. Our complex has two tennis courts (one is lighted), an out door whirlpool spa, fitness room, beach front gazebo, wide luxurious beach, large fresh water pool, on site dive shop, and the dive boat leaves right from our dock.

Rates: Dec.20--Apr.15.=$475.00/night
Apr.16--Dec.19.=$350.00/night
Special: low season: stay for 7 nights pay for 6 nights!
All rates are for upto 4 adults add $25.00/night to rates for each additional guest upto six.
Add 10% gov't tax & 10% service charge to total.
Our condo is available for rental year round. Early reservations are suggested for winter rentals as we fill up Quickly.
