Enjoy the beautiful blue, sparkling waters of the Florida Keys. Excellent access to world class fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling. Located just minutes from world famous Looe Key Marine Sanctuary. This brand new vacation home is on Cudjoe Key, at Mile Marker 23, midway between Marathon & Key West. Key West, made famous by Ernest Hemingway and President Truman, is approximately a 15 minute drive. The amenities include a very large pool, a wading pool, 12 person hot tub, tennis courts, bicycle rentals, putting area, boat ramps, fuel, marina with grocery store and deli. There are several dive shops nearby that will take you out to Looe Key. There are also jet ski, kayak and boat rentals nearby. Swim with the dolphins at Theatre of the Sea or visit the endangered Key Deer Sanctuary. The community is gated with 24 hour security.

Washer/dryer, linens, automatic dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, microwave, toaster, coffemaker, blender, ceramic top range, dishes/utensils provided, cable TV in master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room, VCR in living room and master bedroom, stereo, ceiling fans in every room, nice outdoor elevated deck, fish/lobster cleaning table, room for up to a 35 foot boat, davits, parking for boat trailer(for a nominal fee), and outside shower.

Directions

You can fly into Marathon, Key West or fly into Miami and rent a car. Turn left on Spanish Main Road, it is directly across from the Mile Marker #23 sign, get into the 1st left hand turn lane after you cross over Kemp Channel. Once you are on Spanish Main, go approximately 1/2 mile, Venture Out will be on your left, turn left and stop at the office. During the day you can easily see the big US Flag which marks Venture Out.
