Description of Surrounding Area

Lake Tahoe is the crown jewel of American alpine lakes. It straddles the California and Nevada border at 6300' above sea level The lake is surrounded by pristine forested mountains, twenty ski resorts (Squaw, Heavenly, Kirkwood, etc.), top golf courses (Edgewood, Genoa), wide sandy beaches and hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails. Whether its scenery, casinos, sports or fine dining, Tahoe has something for you all year long!

Our 8 townhouse condos are located in a scented pine forest in the best location at Tahoe. Each is a fully equipped residence with kitchen, gas fireplace, a private outdoor hot tub, wireless Internet, and more! The community has a private pool and tennis couts for summer use.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Our condos vary in size from a 2-bedroom, 2-bath that sleeps six up to a pair of connecting condos with seven bedrooms and five baths that sleeps up to 20.

Amenities

Color cable TV, VCR, private telephone (local calls free), some with stereo, kitchen with all appliances, Internet, washer & dryer, private parking, ski rack, free access to the villages pool, BBQ and tennis courts. Two have pool tables and three have lake views.

Restrictions

Smoking not permitted, no pets except by special arrangement with the owners.

Directions

Lake Village is located on Highway #50 one mile into Nevada from the California border at the south-east corner of Lake Tahoe. See the golf map or the ski map in our web site. We are 57 miles (90 km) southwest of Reno and 200 miles (320 km) north-east of San Francisco.

Rates in late April to late June excluding Memorial Day weekend and late September to late November excluding Thanksgiving are reduced 20%.
