Surrounding Area

Provincetown is located on the tip of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The first landing place of the Pilgrims in the America, Provincetown orginally was a whaling port and is the oldest art colony in the United States. The Cottage and Studio are within a mile of the Cape Cod National Seashore and some of the best beaches in the world. Activities available include; whale wacthing, tennis, golf, horse back riding, sailing, discos, restuarants, and art galleries.

Vacation Rental Property

The units are surrounded by woods, and still within walking distance of town. Amenaties include cable TV, telephone, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The units have one large room with a kitchen area, living area and a bed area. It sleeps two and has a Full tiled bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

No pets, no smoking, two persons maximum

Rates & Availability

The units are $1,100 and $1,600 per week in season. Nightly rates are $165 and $250 per night. 3 night minimum in season. July and August weeklies only. Off season rates are $850 and $1,100 per week or $135 and $200 per night. Two night minimum in the off season October 20st through May 20th. A deposit of half the rent is due on signing the lease and the remaining half plus a damage depsoit is due thirty days before arrival.
