There is a 50 mile network of paved, off-road bike paths. In the summer, it hosts the National Repertory Orchestra. Nearby recreation includes downhill and nordic skiing, snowboarding, road and mtn. biking, white water rafting, sailing, canoeing, hiking, balloon rides, horseback riding, tennis, golf.

From Denver/DIA, take I-70 (West) to Breckenridge/Frisco exit. Follow Hwy 9 south & proceed thru downtown Breckenridge (~10 mi. from I-70). Right on Broken Lance Dr. to Lance�s West (#5 is on the right side of the top (2nd) floor of bldg. furthest from the street [see map]).
