In addition there are two large bedrooms plus a living and dining room. Indoor/outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzi. Lovely tidal waterway views from this top floor suite with private deck. Trolley to Wells Beach. Available year round at reduced rates.

Sleeping for up to six people in a kingsize guest room, master bedroom with two queen size beds, and living room with queensize sleepsofa. Two baths.
