Emma House can be rented in 2 ways. Emma House by itself is a 3 bedroom & 2.5 bath unit or Emma House with the Cottage creates a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath retreat. It is deluxe unit with Tropical Keys Style with lush gardens and a very private pool.

Description - Key West, Rental by Owner in Truman Annex
Surrounding Area
The Emma House is a deluxe rental accomodation. It is located in the Truman Annex Community which is the Heart of Old Town and also the home of "Truman's Little White House". The area was designed as traditional Keys style with conch houses, white fence, palm tree lined streets and lush gardens.
Key West has an Adventure for everyone: Sunsets at Mallory Square, Night Life on Duval St., Beaches in Fort Zackary Park, Water sports, scuba, biking, snorkeling, walking, boating, fishing, history, Hemingway, great food, lazy days and crazy nights .And let not forget the best part, everyone has Fun, Fun, Fun & more Fun.
Vacation Rental Property
The Emma House is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths conch house with a beautiful garden which is blended with a private pool. Also, there is an unattached cottage which can be rented with the Emma House. It is a one bedroom and one bath unit with a private Jacuzzi. Renting both creates a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath private retreat.
Note: when renting the house only -
The cottage is NOT rented by it self to an another party.
Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
Emma House sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms [king, queen and two twins, the twins can be converted to a queen]. It has 2 1/2 baths. If Emma House is combined with the cottage, it sleeps 8 with the addition of one bedroom, queen size and one bath. To make a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths around a private pool.Amenities
Emma House has everything: TV's, stereo, VCR, gourmet kitchens, tile floors, A/C, ceiling fans, lush gardens, french doors, parking, porch, balcony, privacy, carpet in the bedrooms, deck, linens, towels, and etc. etc.

Sorry but,
1. No Pets
2. No interior smoking, outside in garden only
3. Max. 6 in Emma house, and
8 in Emma & Cottage. Strictly in-forced
Rates & Availability
Rates start as low as $2000 in Low Season and
as low as $4000 in High Season and $3000 in Middle Season.
