The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is a wonderful central coast location for day trips to all of the tourist attractions within close proximity. Boothbay Harbor is 22 miles away, and fine restaurants and shopping are close by

The house sits up high on the shoreline with spectacular views of surrounding islands, working lobster boats and harbor seals. There are 3 private acres and 800 feet of deepwater frontage. There is also a private point, overlooking a small cove. The kitchen has a glassed sunroom on the water side, as well as a wraparound porch.

1500.00 per week for up to 6 people- High season. 1000.00 per week for up to 6 people-Low season 200.00 per person charge, over 6 people.
